Yup! I love all humans.
No. While it can definitely help to have access to a fully equipped gym, I can build you a custom plan with whatever equipment you have. If you don't have access to the gym, I definitely recommend investing in at least a pair of dumbbells. But I can make killer bodyweight only workouts too!
Yup definitely. Whatever diet restrictions you have, there is almost always a workaround to help you lose weight, build muscle, and get healthy.
It really depends your goals and experience. I'll have most beginners training 3x per week, on average.
If you've been training for 5+ years and want to build more muscle, I'll probably have you training at least 4x per week.
But I don't want you to live in the gym. My goal is to have you working out as little as it takes to get the maximum results.
If you already know how, then yes, I highly recommend it in some capacity.
But depending on your goals, there are ways to eat healthy and get results without obsessive counting.
You must be at least 18 years old.
