You’d have to contact Thomas on his site. It was working before.

When you say you reduce the weight by 10% do you reduce the overall weight (bodyweight +Plate) or do you just reduce the plate %? Today I was on a 5,6,8 rep reverse training I Started from 50 pounds to 45 pounds and then to 40 pounds. Repwise I could only accomplish 5,6, and 5. So are you reducing only the weight by 10% or are you reducing the overall weight. For Example I am 131 so that is 181 pounds mt first set. Second set I would be looking roughly at like 162.9. So I would have taken off 18.1 pounds worth of plates. That is alot different then taking off just 5 pounds.

You can start with exercises like inverted rows, lat pull downs, and assisted pullups. Build up your back and eventually you’ll be able to do pullups.

I still need to be able to do my first pull up, any ways to do it?
