I have a lot of weight to lose but have been an on again off again participant in weight training my whole life. I currently copied your Ryan Reynolds unofficial workout and am excited about getting started now after Thanksgiving. I will check in from time to time and let you know how its going. Thanks again for your articles and advice.

There aren’t exercises to necessarily burn fat in your thighs. But you can build muscle which will give your thighs a more “shapely” look. What you probably need to do is lose fat more than anything else via dieting.

any calf raise variation would be good to build muscle.

ah ok.

I like Brad and his work, not sure why he’s recommending ppl to train that way. There are worse ways in the world to train but alternating upper and lower is far from optimal.

thanks for your fast reply.

Yeah, i bought the new program from brad pilon yesterday where you train upper body or lower body for a week at a time, alternating weeks. – but i also think its horrible idea to train that way.

that’s bad.

You’ll be neglecting either your entire upper or lower body for a full week.

what do u think about this style of training:

you train upper body or lower body for a week at a time, alternating weeks. So for example Week 1 only upperbody Week 2 only lowerbody and so on…

thanks
