About
Sup, Keith Lai here.
My #1 focus is to help you create a “real life” system to building the body of your dreams.
- This means no crazy, restrictive diets.
- No giving up sugar, beer, or doughnuts (because fuck that).
- No scammy supplements or drugs.
- No 90 minute cardio workouts and 2+ hour weight lifting sessions
- And most importantly, no more obsessing over fitness and letting it take over your life.
No matter where you’re at now with your life, I believe that it’s 100% possible to transform your body.
And yes, you can do this even if you’re “busy” or “never motivated enough.”
My goal isn’t to turn you into the next Mr. Olympia champion or A-list fitness model.
Instead my methods were built from the ground up for the everyday man.
And to do this, you need to be smart about the way you approach fitness, not just mindlessly following what you read in a fitness magazine or ad.
Unlike a lot of fitness “gurus,” I do “walk the walk”
Unlike a lot of fitness gurus, I’m neck deep in my own training and nutrition.
It took me close to 10 years to radically transform my body (seen below).
So you can rest easy knowing I’m not just talking out of my ass.
Even till this day, I’m still actively playing around with different workouts and diets to see what works best for me.
Although these days, I only train about 4x per week now and barely do any cardio.
After training and dieting for so long, I can confidently say that I’ve seen and done it all.
If you’ve ever struggled with building muscle and losing fat, spinning your wheels for years on end, just know that you are not alone.
I’ve got your back.
When you can go out, eat some street tacos, drink some beers, and not give a flying fuck in the world about how it’ll affect your physique, then my I’ve done my job
This right here, is my ultimate goal.
I don’t care if you build 18 inch arms, massively broad shoulders, and diamond shaped calves (although I can help you do that).
My ultimate goal is to get you to point in your life where you can put all this fitness shit on “autopilot” and just enjoy your life.
Eat some street tacos, drink some beers, have fun, do cocaine…
I’m not like other fitness guys.
My training and nutrition methods are heavily grounded in reality.
I don’t expect you to workout 6x per week and give up all your favorite foods.
That’s just crazy talk.
Every person reading this lives an extremely complex life, and throwing all these fitness “rules” into the mix never makes things better.
Instead I’m here to help you build workouts, diets, and habits that you can stick with for the rest of your life.
