6 Videos To Motivate The Shit Out Of You

Let’s face it, the main reason that the majority of us fail to lose fat, gain muscle, and get the body of our dreams is simply because we lack motivation.

Because in the end, it doesn’t even matter how good your workout or diet program is. If you can’t stick to it then it doesn’t matter what you do.

So here are 6 videos to get your ass off the couch, propel you towards you goals, and motivate the shit out of you.

1) Any Greg Plitt video

Greg Plitt is hands down my favorite fitness model.

And trust me, this man is not like all the other pretty boy models out there.

Unlike most fitness models, his attitude is just so intense and powerful that you can’t help but feel empowered to move towards your goals.

His outlook on not just working out and dieting, but everything in life and what it takes to be successful is so damn motivating. You guys seriously need to go to his Youtube page and watch every video on there.

2) Inspiration : How Bad Do You Want It?

I try to watch this video every day now. It’s just so damn true.


3) Pursuit of Happyness – Protect Your Dreams

Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something. Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t get lean, ripped, and have 5% bodyfat. Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t get the body of a Victoria’s Secret model.

Remember guys, never give up. If you slip up on your diet, then just get back on track the next day. Don’t take the whole week off just because of one tiny slip up.

Bottom line guys – don’t strive to be normal.

If you only aim to be normal, you’re just like everyone else.

And last time I checked, “everyone else” is overweight, unhealthy, in debt, and unhappy.

  1. hey i really enjoyed these videos. could you post some body weight exercises that are effective for building a toned upper body?

      Some of the best upper body bodyweight exercises are pull ups, chinups, muscle ups, dips, push ups, 1 arm push ups, and handstand push ups. I’ll probably do a post on this soon.
